OUR MISSION

To help our young people in making positive decisions by providing opportunities to learn self-management skills, such as responsibility, respect, self-esteem, decision making, problem solving, etc. These skills are important to becoming productive citizens. These real life skills are important and supportive of building positive relationships with family and peers.

OUR VISION

The vision of S.C.A.R.S is to implement a program that will support, guide, and nurture youths to grow into responsible adults in the community.

OUR PURPOSE

To help lay a foundation for further progress. It is our hope that one day our young people will understand the importance of having an education or job training. By allowing their trainings to lead and guide them to a better future to be productive citizens, this more than anything else will make a big difference in their lives and in the community.

EDUCATIONAL & LIFE SKILLS
In this alternative placement, we will service children (ages 10-17) through various activities to help break the cycle of abuse, neglect, and homelessness. These activities include workshops, arts and crafts, community outreach, and more.
